Your privacy and the security of your personal data are paramount to us. This section explains how Digi4you collects, uses, shares and protects the information about you.
What data we collect
- Identification information that you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number, message, typically via the contact form or when booking an appointment.
- Browsing data: pages visited, dates and times of visits, log data (server logs). This data is anonymised as far as possible.
- Technical and analytics cookies (see next section).
Why we use it
- Respond to your requests and manage the client relationship.
- Provide, maintain and improve our services.
- Send you information relating to the services you requested (proposal, project follow-up, invoicing).
- Analyse site traffic in aggregate form to improve its usability.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. Sharing only occurs in the following cases:
- Technical providers acting on our behalf (hosting, transactional email, calendar), under a contractual confidentiality commitment.

Every engagement is the subject of a written quote, signed by both parties. The quote serves as the contract and specifies the scope, the schedule and the payment terms.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable resolution by email. Write to us at info@digi4you.be.
Failing that, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Any dispute shall be governed by Belgian law and brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant.
